We spent another unforgettable month in the Florida Keys, soaking up the sun and celebrating 25 incredible years together. It was a time filled with laughter, love, and lasting memories made with friends old and new. Despite the intense heat, and crazy wildfires along the 18 mile stretch into the keys, we made the most of every moment—enjoying evenings by the tiki bar, relaxing poolside, and heading out for some great fishing. Went Back to the Keys for the entire month of March 2025 to avoid more Michigan Winter!
Returning to the Florida Keys for the entire month of March was like stepping back into paradise—only this time, we had even more time to soak it all in. It was a month full of sunshine, laughter, and unforgettable memories as we embraced the island life together. Our first snowbird trip to the Florida Keys! December 21, 2024 to February 1, 2025
Our first trip as snowbirds from Michigan to the Florida Keys was a dream come true. We left behind the snow, ice, and freezing temperatures of a Michigan winter in search of warmth, sunshine, and a slower pace of life. Trading in shovels and snow boots for flip-flops and sunglasses, we found ourselves basking in the 80-degree weather, soaking up the sun by the pool, and sipping tropical drinks at the tiki bar.
