This was vacation number 2 of 3 in our we are free from covid-19 lockdown life! Las Vegas we are back!!!!! That heat and those bright strip lights on Las Vegas Blvd were just a happy sight to see! I missed vacationing in my birth town! We had amazing weather. Everyday was over 100 degrees. blue skies and sunshine! Now that is my kind of vacation! We started the trip in Detroit at the airport with our we are on vacation drink!
We arrived in Vegas around 7:30pm and headed straight to our hotel. This trip we decided to stay at Cesar’s Palace. We arrived and unpacked and headed down to explore the casino, the Forum Shoppe’s, play some roulette and just start vacation off right!
Off to explore on day 2! We headed to Red Rock casino for some lunch at Lucille’s Bbq. OMG it was so good! I had the smokehouse burger and Chris had the gumbo. As we were dining Nicolas Cage and his wife came in and sat right behind us. So that was pretty cool! After our day of shopping we headed over to the Mirage casino to hang in the sports book and play roulette. Well it was a GREAT idea! We hit on roulette and walked out winners!!!!!
Day 3 POOL DAY!!!!!! Need i say more? Venus private pool at Caesar’s Palace
On our last day there we pretty much roamed the strip. We started with steak and eggs at The American located inside New York New York casino. Its the best breakfast on the strip at an amazing price. $16.50 and so tasty! Its our favorite!
Then we headed over to Bally’s casino to visit the bodies exhibit. That was super cool to see! and we had drinks and played roulette too!
We had a great trip and left 1 day before they reinstated the mask mandate for everyone indoors! thankful for great timing and wonderful memories to last a life time! next up in late August Girls Trip to Key West!!!!!!
